MAC's device compatibility Notice

Please be advised that Mac devices are not supported for the use of X-Lite softphone and several other internal company tools. Our current infrastructure and software stack are optimized for Windows-based systems to ensure full compatibility, performance, and security.

What this means:

• X-Lite cannot be installed or used reliably on macOS.
• Company tools such as VICI, OpenVPN and many others, may experience limited functionality or fail to operate on Mac devices.
• Technical support for Mac-related issues is limited and may result in delayed resolution.

Recommended Action:

To ensure smooth operation and full support, please use a Windows-based device when accessing company tools or submitting IT-related requests.
